Concord Auto Repair

I had a really bad crunchy noise in my car and took it to get it fixed. They were great and addressed the problem with no roundabouts and I was given my estimate cost upfront! I'm new to the area so I was skeptical but damn do they deserve that five star name!

This morning I went to a auto shop because my engine light was on and they did a scan and said to come back in 2 weeks for a Vcat replacement because I needed my car for work I wanted to try another one and see if they can squeeze me in. I drove pass Five star and immediately look up their contact and call them just my luck they give me a 9am appointment the next day. 9am went in and Btian greet me at the office said he will get one of his guys to scan and see whats the problem the find that I had replace my gas cap with the wrong one he suggested I go to Hyundai dealership and buy a new one and come back and they will delete the light and thats what happen. When in buy a new one come back one of his guys did the replacement for me and delete the code and that was it. I was so grateful for his great service this is the place I will be taking my car for oil change or any mechanics issue. Recommend this place to anyone who is reading my review and is looking for a good place for your car.

Brian was upfront about everything they would do for my truck. He quoted me a cost then asked if i wanted to go forward with repairs. Good work at fair prices and honest people. I was happy enough with truck repair that i brought my wife’s car in for service as well. New ball bearings and brakes and it was good to go as well! No need to look for an auto repair shop anymore. Five Star Automotive is the one i go to now!

I give Five Stars, 5 stars. They were recommended by a friend and we're very accommodating as I was in a bind. They also were happy to take a second look when I had concerns about a sounds I was hearing. They worked as a team to troubleshoot it for me. The cost was less than initially estimated and so the final number was less than expected. I appreciated the honesty as I had agreed to the original estimate. I'll definitely continue to utilize them in the future.

Brian and the team were great. I was able to schedule my appointment quickly and seamlessly. The day of my appointment they diagnosed the issue and serviced my truck quickly. I was back on the road in no time.
