As a woman finding a auto repair service that I feel is HONEST and fairly priced was always a challenge. However, I was referred to 5 Star by Pierre of Big-O that shares the same parking lot approx 15 years or so ago! I have been going ever since and have ALWAYS felt I was given an EASY to understand diagnosis of issues with either of my VW’s. Brian and the team at Five Star Automotive were so great to deal with and knowing the vehicle being repaired was for our new young driver, they took extra special care to make sure it was as safe as possible. We never felt like anything was about trying to upsell this or that, but really helped us make the right decisions to keep our son safe in his fun old jeep! It’s hard to find a great mechanic you can trust, I couldn’t recommend them more!
