Called to get a general inspection of my kinda old Prius. No specific issue but wanted it to be in good shape before passing to my kiddo. Brian picked up my call, got me an appt next day. Like, wow. It’s located in a mini strip next to “little swimmers”. For the price of an oil change and fluid top offs, a general inflection was included. I was told my tires were on its last legs and I agreed as Costco just told me the same. My whole appt took 1 hr, enough time to walk to Costco and eat a lunch worths of samples. The coat was extremely reasonable, the staff was friendly and helpful, the office was clean (I’ve never seen magazines called garden and guns) , and it was a great experience. Highly recommend. Special shout out to Brian, whom everyone seems to appreciate.

i called into this business this morning and was threatened ! . i called into the shop trying to price parts and labor being new to the city for a issue with my car. i have had a full inspection with the dealer but with wanting $300 per hr for labor i wanted to shop around . i called into asking about a certain part . BRIAN ask what car i simply said the brand not model was told he doesn't do low balling work and hung up in my face. I called back informing i had an inspection and the paper work . i also told him i just wanted to price my options . he said if i was looking for cheap fix i was wasting his time and mine by being a dumb ass . i told he was very rude for handing up in my face . He then told old me if i was looking for rude to come down to his shop and i would be in for a huge surprise . i have no idea what triggered brian . this shop was recommended by a few members of my church . after this experience im sure he will lose business . there no reason a so called man should call a women out her name , disrespect and threaten her .

Finding a trustworthy mechanic can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack, but my search ended at Five Star Automotive. Despite it being my initial visit, Brian immediately earned my trust. My car had a tricky sensor issue that other shops were quoting as a very expensive fix. Brian, however, was completely transparent and resolved the problem expertly and honestly. I'm so grateful for their exceptional service and integrity.
