My oil has been burning faster than I assumed/checked. I saw the oil was virtually on empty when I checked the oil dip stick last Sunday. I called Monday a.m. and Brian told me they were booked for the next week. But when he asked me to explain what was up, I told him, and he told me if I could get over right away, he'd squeeze me in. A great piece of customer service, which I hugely appreciated. I had a $10 service coupon I brought with me, and I purposefully did NOT use it because of Brian's getting me in Monday morning. Good job 5 Star!!
