I was referred to Five Star by my neighbor, who has had nothing but excellent experiences, in the past two years, that she has taken her two cars here. From the minute I walked in the door, and told Brian Andrews,about my car's recent, and now, most current problem, he told me the top problems, concerning my make, model, and year of manufacture, vehicle. I was told, by another shop, that I needed, new hoses and a power steering unit, as that was the source of the leaks. Ron, in the shop, found the source of my leaks, to be faulty valve cover gaskets, which is exactly, one of the inherent problems, that Brian had already mentioned. Needless to say, I was gratefully impressed. I had walked-in, with visions of a $1,500.00 job and walked-out, with a $422.00 job, inclusive of other parts that were replaced. This kind of competence, and honesty, is reminiscent of a bygone era, yet is alive and present, at Five Star. I definitely will be back. Thanks, guys!
