Concord Auto Repair

We have been taking our cars to Five Star for 10+ years. As an Engineer, I am often been skeptical on auto service work. This team has eliminated my concern about their work ethics and honesty multiple time. I rage about Brian to my friends. They have performed all types of service and are absolutely fair and honest. It would be very easy for Brian to take advantage our ignorance in car repairs and he has always been very straight foreword. On the rare occasion that there was an issue with his work or his ability to finish the work when promised, he made the situation more than right.

I called to see if I could have my car serviced that morning due to some indicator lights that came on and Brian immediately told me to bring my car in. I didn't have to wait and make an appointment for a future date and that was important to me because I don't like to wait on car repairs when any indicator light comes on.

Another typical great experience at 5 Star - great service, and speedy too.I made the appointment for my GMC, they evaluated the situation and gave me some great advice.Returned home and brought the 1992 Lexus in for oil/filter.change, which was quickly accomplished.They pointed out I had a cracked windshield washer reservoir, so I'll see if I can find one on ebay.I just love these guys, so efficient, friendly, cost effective and truly a great value.
