Great service and never missing a thing!
I found the folks at five star to be honest an reliable. They took their time to diagnose the problems with my car and kept me informed of their findings. I was very pleased!
So I had just purchased a used car back in October 2011.. when by November I was having problems with it. I had to fill the car with coolant every single day. It still leaked like crazy.. So I was parked at work one day ready to get in my car and run an errand.. all of a sudden the car starts heating up and of course I couldn't move it. Mind you I live 25 miles from work so I needed to get this car fixed fast!! I looked up a few places and came across 5 star automotive. Luckily it was less than 5 minutes from my job. Not only did they act quickly..they actually drove to my job to check out the car. That same night my car went to the shop. They had it ready in less than 2 days. Of course a lot of work had to be done. None the less I'm a happy girl. On top of everything else I made 2 payments for the labor. Who does that? (: and the manager Brian..well he explained everything in detail to me. Amazing service..will definitely return and will definitely recommend!!

The service was good and at a fair price. They even found that a strut was loose, then tightened it at no charge. They didn't charge me to check the brakes, either!
Every time I have come for service the Brian's have been curtious and more than willing to help me in out in a last minute crunch! I have brought my car in and gotten it back same day. I refer all friends to this place!
