Five star automotive is simply just that, five stars! From the moment I called for a quote to the moment the work was completed, the service and professionalism by Brian and his team was top notch. They performed routine scheduled maintenance on my Lexus- the price was reasonable and they worked really fast! I wasn’t expecting to have my car back until 2PM but Brian called me around lunchtime and said my car was ready! Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Vehicle had starting problem. Replaced the battery and that wasn’t the issue. Had the vehicle towed into Five Star, tow truck driver told me it was the starter after hitting it with hammer. Brian at Five Star couldn’t confirm and did not push the replacement. He said he couldn’t guarantee it was the issue. I asked him to go ahead and replace it anyway. Later in the day it wouldn’t start and he hit the starter again. He called to let me know that he confirmed it was the starter. What I appreciate was that he wanted to be sure and did not push a repair on me. I always use them, and 100% trust and recommend them

They were able to diagnose the problem which made my engine light come on, fit me into their busy schedule, and get me out the door by 4 pm that very day.
