Vehicle had starting problem. Replaced the battery and that wasn’t the issue. Had the vehicle towed into Five Star, tow truck driver told me it was the starter after hitting it with hammer. Brian at Five Star couldn’t confirm and did not push the replacement. He said he couldn’t guarantee it was the issue. I asked him to go ahead and replace it anyway. Later in the day it wouldn’t start and he hit the starter again. He called to let me know that he confirmed it was the starter. What I appreciate was that he wanted to be sure and did not push a repair on me. I always use them, and 100% trust and recommend them
