Being female and not knowing much about cars, I appreciate it when mechanics explain what’s going on with my car and answer questions. I also like the way Five Star prioritizes what needs to be done. During the pandemic they were able to assist me with nearly contact free service. It’s important for me to have a car in good running order since I sometimes drive alone at night. While no one can predict the future, I feel more secure with an inspection and service from Five Star. Lastly, the service on the phone or in person friendly and helpful
