I really, really needed my car checked out quickly when the battery failed and I knew I had to report for jury duty the next day. In fact, I thought it was an alternator problem just because the battery wouldn't hold a charge. When Brian's team checked it out, they said that the battery was simply malfunctioning. They replaced the battery, had enough time for an overdue oil change, and got my car back to me within a few hours. Can't say enough about how professional Five Star is, and how grateful I am that, as a newcomer to Concord, I've already found a shop I can trust. An auto shop easily could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge, but Five Star was responsible and speedy and priced fairly. I'm very happy.
