I have been going to Five Star Automotive probably over 5 years now. It all started with a urgent short axle in my front right wheel. That was my 2001 Honda Accord. Brian and his staff got me right in and fix the problem and I was on my way. Now I take my '11 CRV and for all Factory maintenance, oil changes etc... The pricing of service is better than me dealerships by far.

Five Star Automotive is an honest and trustworthy mechanic shop. Always have a good experience with them. I know that I'm getting the best price around. I would definitely recommend Five Star to all my friends.

Five Star deserves 5 stars! I always say, I don't mind paying what a normal car repair costs. I just want to feel secure that it was truly necessary for the repair to be made. That's what I like best about Five Star. They are HONEST. That's so important to me. They have always taken really good care of me and my care. These guys are amazing! I had an issue with the ABS warning light come on in my Ford Focus. I called on my way to the shop and even though they were super busy they took time out to run a diagnostic test when I got there. 24 hours later my car was fixed. They even took it across the way to Big O to get the alignment fixed. I couldn't have asked for more!

We have been taking our cars to Five Star for 10+ years. As an Engineer, I am often been skeptical on auto service work. This team has eliminated my concern about their work ethics and honesty multiple time. I rage about Brian to my friends. They have performed all types of service and are absolutely fair and honest. It would be very easy for Brian to take advantage our ignorance in car repairs and he has always been very straight foreword. On the rare occasion that there was an issue with his work or his ability to finish the work when promised, he made the situation more than right.
