Brian and his Team was Welcoming, accommodating, informative. The Technician was friendly and knowledgable. They appreciate new customers. Quality of work is Great and pricing is fair. My car was in need of an oil change and Brian was able to take in the car without an appointment, Nice. After an inspection, my car was also in need of a full brake job as the Technician visually gave me a tour of my rusted brakes. All of this completed, in less than 6 hours. Been going here with my Dodge Ram for 12 years; never an issue. Both Brians are tops! If I ever have to find another shop to service my vehicles, I'm going to be very depressed. Reasonable prices and close to BART as well.

As a single woman, it's hard to trust anyone nowadays with any sort of repair services. 5 star was recommended to me, and I have never been disappointed. They have serviced my Honda Pilot now for 3 years. Always honest, helpful, straight forward with what I need, what I should have done, and what can wait. I would recommend this automotive service to anyone who wants professional work done, at a fair price, always timely and always, always with integrity and a smile. You cannot go wrong. Oh yes, and the time that I got my seat belt stuck in my driver's side door, they were able to take the door off, not cost me an arm and a leg and not even laugh at my stupidity. Now that's the sign of a good, no grrreat repair shop!
