This repair facility is tops in honesty. They will tell you if work doesn't need to be done, or can be safely done later. That's tops in my book! Any car repair work done in the S.F. Bay Area isn't cheap, but eliminating or suggesting delaying non-necessary work can really help ones auto repair budget! They're big enough to have the equipment to properly repair your vehicle, but small enough for really personal service (the service guy knew my vehicle when I called without looking it up in their computer system!). They seem to specialize in Dodge vehicles, but can probably handle other vehicles.

AS ALWAYS SERVICE CAN'T BE BEAT. I HAVE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH SERVICE AT 5-STAR. THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE COURTEOUS AND POLITE TO CUSTOMER. I TELL FRIENDS ABOUT THE GREAT SERVICE 5-STAR PROVIDE.

I called Brian Tuesday to see if he could do a tune-up on my car on Wednesday. He checked his schedule and told me that he could do it in the morning with no problem. He checked out the procedures required for the 90K service and informed me of the work required. When I took the vehicle to the shop, he again informed me of the work necessary to complete the tune-up and quoted me a price. He called me after it was finished and I picked the car up and off I went. A very courteous and professional experience to say the least. Keep attending to your customers as you do and you will have loyal customers for years to come.

I have had my truck and also my daughters car serviced by Five Star Automotive and they always had the work done on time when they say it will be finished and at a resonable rate. When someone ask for a place to have there vehicle serviced I always refer them to Five Star.

Been going here for quite a while because they are honest, don't try to sell me anything I don't need (and they haven't found anything yet!), they are very reasonably priced and nice! Can't be beat!
